Dr. Maheswari Rajalingam is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology with NMC Specialty Hospital, Al Ghoubra Oman.  She has been working as Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBG) for the past 12 years in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Dr. Maheswari’s clinical specialty is in sub-fertility and she has been treating sub fertility with ovulation induction drugs and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI).  She has undertaken Masters training in Reproductive Medicine and Invitro Fertilisation (IVF) at Homerton University Hospital, London, U.K.

Dr. Maheswari is also a specialist in the handling of high risk gynaecological cases and high-risk pregnancies.  She is trained in performing Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBG) ultra sonogram.

Dr. Maheswari worked in various Indian hospitals from 2000 to 2006, after completing her Diplomate in National Board of Examination in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (D.N.B), followed by attaining Membership in the Council of National Academy of Medical Sciences, India (NMAMS).

She completed her medical education in India (M.B.B.S) from Tanjore Medical College, Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu in 1993 and her Post-Graduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (D.G.O) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Karnataka in 1997.

Dr. Maheswari has a great passion for teaching and training and has been an active participant at National and International meetings and conferences.

Dr. Maheswari is fluent in English and Tamil and conversational Malayalam and Arabic.
