Dr Shaju Padman is a Consultant in Cardiology at NMC Specialty Hospital with more than 25 years of experience in pronounced institutions in India, Oman and UK.
Dr Shaju completed his MBBS at Government Medical College in Calicut, Kerala. Later he completed MD (Internal Medicine) from Government Medical College, Aurangabad, Maharashtra and then DNB in Cardiology from Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Cochin Kerala, India.
He has obtained MRCP in Cardiology from the UK and SCCT–Level2 Certification in Cardiac CT.
Also, he holds certification in the Heart Failure program from the European Society of Cardiology.
Dr. Shaju has extensive experience in the fields of non-invasive cardiology including management of the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit – patients with Heart failure, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies, and pulmonary embolism. He has broad experience in managing acute emergencies like acute coronary syndrome, STEMI, thrombolysis, NONSTEMI, Unstable angina, acute heart failure, cardiogenic shock and atrial fibrillation.
He also has extensive hands-on experience in pre and post-management of PCI (Cathlab) patients and any complications.
